Please get a copy of your own.

Stevens Building Dialogue: When we return in the fall, 9th graders will lead book discussions on individual stories with small groups of 7th and 8th graders.

Every student  in the Upper School will read a book from their respective grade:

Grade 7  Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

Grade 8  Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

Grade 9 Just Mercy (Adapted for Young Readers): A True Story of the Fight for Justice by Bryan Stevenson

Please get a copy of your own.

All students will participate in a dialogue about the book in September in their English classes.

Summer is a great time to read, so read as much as you can. It is important to also read a variety of enjoyable books over the summer.

Please take advantage of your Public Library Summer Reading Programs, books, audio and e-books available for free. 

We look forward to seeing you in September.  In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your summer reading books, read as much as you can, and have a wonderful summer!
